| When: Sunday July 10th, 9AM – 8PM Where: Eagle Rock Homebrew Supply 4981 Eagle Rock Blvd. LA, CA 90041 Eagle Rock Homebrew Supply will be hosting The Yeastside Brewers club brew in the back parking lot. Members will be invited to bring their setup and brew together. We’ll also be having a BBQ with chicken and carne asada tacos. If you want to grill something else, feel free to bring it. We’ll do a pot luck to round out the menu, so please bring a side dish and serving utensil if you can. Please reply to RSVP for the event if you know you are coming, if you plan to brew, and what side dish you can bring so we can plan for the crowd size. Good items to bring include: sunscreen, a chair, and of course, beer! The styles of the month are Light and Amber Hybrid beers. These include Cream Ale, Blonde Ale, Kölsch, American Wheat or Rye, Alt, and California Common. Feel free to bring any type of homebrew or commercial beer though! If you can’t make it until later in the day, Thomas from the shop plans to do an extract brewing class from 5pm-8pm. Hope to see you Sunday! |
